I bought This to help with Sore knees.

I know the benefits of comfrey, I know people who swear by it, so I went searching for something that I could use as a topical ointment to help with knee, elbow, shoulder, and foot pain. I purchased the joint juice massage oil along with the RX repair salve which has comfrey in it, also known as bone knit, but before these products arrived in the mail, as I was experiencing suffering, and was planning a fast, I ate a 100% raw food diet one day and I woke up pain-free the next day. I have now embraced a raw food lifestyle because my body gave me enough feedback that I could no longer overlook what I was doing wrong. Just to be clear I am a yoga teacher. It's important with healing to treat the cause not the symptom, however I still use both of these products on my body as I am going through a healing process. I have come to think of it as energy medicine. Why not use these plants that mother nature has provided to help us with that which ails us. I see no reason not to use more than one healing method. At the end of the day both of these products contain the specific plant compounds that I was looking for, which have been used since times in memorial, so that's good enough for me. Namaste.

Great stuff, works wonders on shingles! I don’t expect to have any scars at all…3xs a day. Smells great go get it! Great for the rough hands too. Healing St. John’s wort. Perfect!
