• Linden Leaf and Flower
• Organic Rose Petals

Brewing Instructions:

• In a teapot or tea infuser, add 2 tablespoons of the Spirit Awakening Tea blend.
• Pour 6oz of boiling water over the herbs.
• Let steep for 5-15 minutes, adjusting steep time to your preference.
• Tip: This tea can be refreshed for a second infusion by adding more hot water.
