Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon Sticks, Cinnamon Powder, Dried Ginger, Local Raw Honey from Windsong Apiaries in Castleton, Virginia.

Perfectly blended amounts of cinnamon and ginger. I put this straight in hot water with lemon and it soothes my sore throat any time I feel a scratch coming on. It's also wonderful added to tea. It's so delicious, it does not disappoint! You can tell it is made with love.
