Mulled Wine:
Combine 1 bottle of red wine, ½ cup honey, ½ cup orange juice, and 4 teaspoons of Sperryville Mulling Spices in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve in mugs with an orange peel for a festive touch.
Mulled Cider:
Add ¼ cup of mulling spices per 64 oz of cider. Simmer for 20 minutes, then enjoy by the fire on a crisp autumn evening.
